The major cost of instruction at the Seminary is provided by the faithful friends of Covenant Bible Fellowship, Inc., by their prayers and support for this ministry.  Due to their support, the tuition is kept at a minimum, and is as follows:
      Tuition:
      Resident Study and Independent Study $60.00 per quarter credit hour, including Thesis credits.
      Fees:
      $30.00 non-refundable Registration Fee for Resident Study each quarter.
      $30.00 non-refundable Registration Fee for Independent Study per Degree Program.
      $100.00 Graduation Fee per Degree Program.

 

Upon written notification of withdrawal from the Seminary, students are entitled to a refund of the tuition only.  The following schedule will be employed in granting refunds.  There are no exceptions to this policy.

• Prior to the first day of classes........................100%
• Within the first week of classes.......................90%
• Within the second week of classes................80%
• After the second week of classes...................none

 

In general, it is preferred that students pay for these classes when they register.  However, special arrangements may on occasion be made through the Office of the Registrar.

No students will be graduated or granted transcripts who has not satisfactorily fulfilled all financial obligations to the Seminary.

Students may apply for up to a 50% tuition scholarship which may be awarded, upon application, based on financial need and past academic record.  A committee will review the application and inform the student within one (1) week of receipt of the application as to if the scholarship will be awarded.  Contact the Office of the Registrar for additional scholarship information.
